Rev. Louis P. Sheldon Chairman of the Traditional Values Coalition Preaches Hatred Out of Ignorance. His Points Against the Gay Community are Based on Mistruths and Bigotry

Five Good Reasons Why The Boy Scouts Ban Gays (June 2, 2001 - NewsMax)

Those nitwitted companies, charities and municipalities who are out to punish the Boy Scouts of America for their ban on homosexuals should take a good look at five of the good reasons for the ban, as reported by the By Rev. Louis P. Sheldon Chairman of the Traditional Values Coalition ... Says Rev. Sheldon: "The list goes on, but the point should be clear: Men with a 'sexual orientation' toward other males--little boys, teenagers, or men--are quite likely to act out their sexual desires when given the chance. These cases demonstrate that there are already NAMBLA homosexuals hiding out in the Boy Scouts of America organization. We should not open the doors to more of them. The ones who are caught are doing immense emotional and physical damage to boys. The Scouts leadership is correct to prohibit openly practicing homosexuals from becoming leaders or members.

Scouting For All is not an alternative scouting program.
We are an education and advocacy organization reaching out to gay and nontheist youth and adults in our effort to get the Boy Scouts of America to rescind its exlusionary policy.
