Davis, California, Davis Joint Unified School district Sends disclaimer with BSA Recruitment Literature

After considerable discussions, David Murphy, the Superintendent of the Davis Joint Unified School District, has agreed to send out a disclaimer along with the BSA's recruitment literature explaining that the BSA discriminates against gays and atheists and that the school has an anti discrimination policy but, because this is a limited open forum, is required by law to distribute the BSA
materials.
