By Bay City News Service
Petaluma High School students are planning a protest this morning against President George W. Bush's policy regarding
Iraq.Students plan to walk out of class at 11:30 a.m. to protest Bush's intention to attack Iraq.
The "Drop Bush not Bombs'' protest is led by seniors Rosie Steffie, Natalie Kauk and Steven Cozza.
In a statement the students said, "If the leaders of this country can't get it straight, the youth of this
country will. No more wars. We must act in the best interest of all people to help promote peace. We must not support
the oil interests of this country as President Bush is trying to do. Killing innocent people over oil is immoral.''
Cozza is also active in a campaign to end the prohibition of gays in the Boy Scouts.
