The City of Philadelphia owns the lucrative property on which Cradle of Liberty Council, Boy Scouts of America makes its Headquarters.

Since 1920 the City has let the Cradle occupy the property without rent or tax. This access violates the City's own Fair Practices Ordinance of nondiscrimination.

After a year and a half of stalling while Cradle of Liberty fails to demonstrate full compliance with nondiscrimination laws, it is time for the City to act. The Cradle must comply with City laws NOW or be served notice of eviction IMMEDIATELY.

We will deliver this message to City Council and to Mayor Street with picketing and vocal calls to action, since numerous letters on the matter have gotten no response from them.

Please join us and add your voice and thoughts, as well as writing your own letter to Mayor Street and City Council members. Thank you.
