Job Description
SCOUTING FOR ALL ALLIANCE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS COORDINATOR
The Coordinator of the Scouting For All Alliance for Human Rights has the primary duty of working with regional
directors in recruiting new Alliance members and coordinating Scouting for All advocacy efforts with Alliance members
when needed on both a national and regional level.
The following are the duties and policies for the Alliance coordinator position:
- Work closely with regional directors in recruiting new Alliance members.
- Represent the National S4A Office when new members join and gather contact information to send to the S4A Gatekeeper
to be posted on the web page.
- Coordinator with regional directors any S4A national advocacy effort with Alliance members, i.e., the National
Day of Protest.
- Support regional directors as needed in their effort to coordinate regional advocacy efforts with Alliance
members.
- Work closely with the S4A Gatekeeper and regional directors to assure Alliance member contact information posted
on the web page is current.
- The coordinator shall be responsible for answering correspondence from Alliance members to the national office
and networking the Alliance member to the proper person at national S4A.
- The coordinator is expected to support regional directors with any problems that may develop needing national
S4A office intervention.
- The coordinator is responsible for writing an annual letter to Alliance members representing the S4A national
office. The coordinator is given liberty to correspond with Alliance members as needed.
