We simply want the BSA to come to the table and stop teaching children to hate. They do so by example. Remember Matthew Shepard was killed by an eagle scout. What they are doing today is against everything the Boy Scout Oath and law are about.  They need to lighten up and start treating everyone equal.  |

First we are not an alternative scouting group. We are mostly Eagle scouts. We do not want to see BSA go away. We want them to embark on the path they were on years before they went astray. Today they teach hate by example. Today they discriminate. Today they will not help the disabled participate. This is not the BSA that I knew for 54 years of my scouting experience. This is someone I do not even recognize anymore. Shame on them for how they treat children today. Why would it be ok for them to turn away a 7 year old because he has 2 moms?
